This is a great way to earn fast cash, it is boring but very rewarding
I have put up this page to avoid repeating myself to all employees
I have to say that i will not be online often on weekdays.

Remember this job must be kept a secret, you can tell your friends that you're
earning big money, but don't specificaly tell them how or else it will drag the business down
 
This is what you need to do:
Go to the magic shop in port sarim, don't go to the one in varrok, it won't work.
then trade with betty, the rune seller, and see if she has close to 5000 water runes
in stock, if she has less than 4800, then change worlds until you see that she has close
to 5000 waters (some days every world will have 5000, other days, hardly any, it works best on weekdays)
So, if a world has close to 5000 waters you buy those waters until she only has 3000 left in stock
that way you get about 2000 waters per world, doing this way will allow you to buy all water runes at an average
of 8gp ea.
 
Once you have 10000 (10K) waters, i will buy ALL at 15gp ea, therefore, giving you a profit
of 7gp ea, it usually takes half an hour to get 10K waters.
If you have more than 10K waters, i will also buy, but in loads of 10000 (10K)
i.e. 20K, 30K, 40K, etc...
I STRONGLY recomend that you buy the runes during weekdays since the shops are usually quite empty during the weekend.
Members must remain in member's worlds to minimise the same worlds been bought out twice...  
Although, unlikely, you might have ppl offering you slightly more than 15gp ea
in that case, don't sell to them, you are under a 1 month contract, which is kind of like
a training. Please don't make me regret having given you this oportunity out of at least 20 other ppl
who were interested in getting this job.
